| The ships crew and captain will then guide the ship out of the harbor and make for the open water. We then serve an exquisite hotchpotch buffet consisting of three base hotchpotches: Boerenkool met rookworst, zuurkool met speklapjes en rode kool met appeltjes en suadelapjes of hotchpotch with a meatball. All made fresh and just like grandma used to. After a hearty dinner you make your way on deck for a breath of fresh sea air and perchance lend a hand with the sails. You are free to lounge about at your leisure and enjoy the trip. Setup on the poopdeck is a fresh pot of warm glühwein to warm the insides. For dessert we offer you warm applestrudle with whipped cream of vanilla sauce, with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. |
